At Bujairami Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Ensure your perfume remains sealed in its original cellophane wrap and has not been sprayed to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and the return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit and send it back to us using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
